A1 Freedom Pest Control is a licensed pest management company (Pest Management Licence No. L011850) registered and operating in Victoria, Australia. We provide residential and commercial pest control services across South East Melbourne.

Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding contract. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary following on-site assessment of the actual scope of work.
A service booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation (by email or SMS) from A1 Freedom. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, the nature and extent of the pest issue, and any relevant access restrictions or hazards. Providing false or incomplete information may affect service outcomes and may result in additional charges.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change; the quoted price is valid at the time of booking confirmation only.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept credit/debit card, bank transfer, and other methods as advised at booking.
Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may incur a late payment fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to refer overdue accounts to a debt collection agency.
A call-out fee may apply if a technician attends the property but is unable to perform the service due to circumstances within your control (e.g. access not provided, property not ready, incorrect address).
You may cancel or reschedule a booking without penalty by giving at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to technician unavailability, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as practicable and offer an alternative appointment.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of a treatment, contact us within 7 days of service and we will arrange a complimentary re-treatment for the same pest issue at no additional cost.

Specific warranty periods (where applicable) will be stated in your service report or on your invoice. General treatments carry a 30-day callback period unless otherwise specified.

Failure to meet these obligations may affect service outcomes and may void any applicable guarantee.
All treatments are carried out by licensed technicians using EPA-approved products in accordance with label instructions and Australian Standards. We use pet- and child-safe methods wherever possible; however, we recommend following all safety instructions provided by your technician.
If any person in the property has a known sensitivity to pesticides or is medically vulnerable, please inform us before booking so we can advise on suitable options.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A1 Freedom's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and code — is the property of A1 Freedom Pest Control or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.
